About the role

  • Liaise with the Programs to procure materials, supplies, and services
  • Report to the Supervisor, Contracts and Procurement
  • Brief the Senior Associate Director, Overseas Operations
  • Provide administrative support to non-procurement related OO projects as needed
  • Coordinate consultant hiring process and ensure compliance of consultant contractual terms
  • Maintain consultant database and documents all procurement activities
  • Create purchase orders and track procurement activities

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or a related field
  • Two years of experience in procurement or office administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database applications, and cloud-based applications
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, and to bend, stoop and twist
  • May require a valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record
  • International experience and French language proficiency preferred
  • Working knowledge of e-procurement software is preferred.
