Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Programs to procure materials, supplies, and services
- Report to the Supervisor, Contracts and Procurement
- Brief the Senior Associate Director, Overseas Operations
- Provide administrative support to non-procurement related OO projects as needed
- Coordinate consultant hiring process and ensure compliance of consultant contractual terms
- Maintain consultant database and documents all procurement activities
- Create purchase orders and track procurement activities
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or a related field
- Two years of experience in procurement or office administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database applications, and cloud-based applications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, and to bend, stoop and twist
- May require a valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record
- International experience and French language proficiency preferred
- Working knowledge of e-procurement software is preferred.
