Responsibilities
Manage procurement requests in line with the Simply Business procurement policy
Support day-to-day procurement tasks across various business categories
Maintain and manage the contract database and supplier-related records
Negotiate pricing and contract terms directly with suppliers under guidance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business
Requirements
Commercially-minded and isn’t afraid to challenge suppliers
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
Able to operate independently and as part of a team
Experienced in using procurement systems (e.g. SAP)
Able to prioritise a sometimes significant workload
