About the role

  • Global Process Owner Procurement defining and optimizing procurement processes globally. Supporting the green energy transformation through efficient strategic sourcing in the wind power sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining, standardizing and optimizing procurement processes worldwide to ensure compliance, cost efficiency and strategic alignment
  • Develop and maintain global procurement process standards and policies
  • Drive process harmonization across regions and business units
  • Collaborate with category leads and suppliers to ensure strategic alignment
  • Partner with IT to enable digital procurement solutions and automation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field
  • Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in global procurement and process optimization
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and e-procurement tools
