Responsibilities
Responsibility for the strategic management of indirect purchasing
Market monitoring, analysis and comparison of offers, and selection of suitable suppliers and service providers
Development and optimization of processes in indirect purchasing
Professional leadership and development of purchasing representatives within the business units
Negotiation of contracts and conditions with suppliers and service providers
Monitoring key performance indicators and initiating countermeasures in case of deviations
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent
Relevant experience in procurement within an industrial/manufacturing company
Several years of leadership experience and strong communication skills
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
