Lead the architecture and development of the entire suite of Teamcenter PLM functionalities, modules and associated products
Provide consulting expertise for process/functional transformation and technology solution design across the entire product lifecycle (Requirements, Concept, Design & Engineering, Prototype, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Service & Support, Phaseout & Disposal)
Act as a Digital Technology business partner and PLM change agent; advise on strategic business process and technology issues through to resolution
Define and execute the data migration & conversion strategy and technical plan; leverage data migration methods and tools
Define and document new business processes, data models and application configurations using PLM best-practices and company global process strategy
Produce TO-BE maps of processes, systems and tools and documented application frameworks or architectures
Ensure IT implementation standards are incorporated from the start, including documentation, middleware and system standards
Define and communicate transformation project architecture and execution strategy; identify, scope and lead business/site readiness projects for Teamcenter rollouts, enhancements and bug-fixes
Requirements
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science from an accredited college or university
Have Minimum 12 years of experience architecting and implementing large scale enterprise level wing-to-wing Siemens Teamcenter PLM transformations
Experience with ‘brown field’ implementations involving complex / significant data migration and cutover activities
Deep domain expertise in Systems Engineering; Product Structuring & Configuration; Parts & BOM Management; Part Classification; Engineering Document Management; Enterprise Change & Configuration Management; CAD Integration and Design Release Management; PLM Integrations with ERP, MES, CRM, Planning and other Enterprise Applications
Deep understanding of business processes from ITO, OTR, RTR and NPI
Experience of developing and communicating technology strategies, architecture frameworks and product roadmaps
Working knowledge of AWS (Active Work Space) and Mendix
Product knowledge across all Teamcenter modules and roadmap (Requirements Mgt. & Systems Engineering; Manufacturing/EasyPlan; Service Lifecycle Mgt; Simulation Data Management/TC-SIM; Product Cost Management; Technomatix / OpCenter; VSA)
Working knowledge of BMIDE (essential)
Experience with ITK customization or portal customization
Programming languages such as Java, VB, XML, XSTL, C, C++
Familiarity with application servers; J2EE; Oracle; Unix O/S; Linux; Siteminder; LDAP; SOA; messaging; and physical architectures
Experience of working in projects following an Agile/SCRUM implementation approach
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate complex topics to leaders and peers
Willing to travel internationally (up to 30%)
