About the role

  • Lead a team of three business analysts, impacting on their countries pricing strategies.
  • Establish and Manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) within your team to ensure measurable performance and continuous growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Pricing Data team to implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve overall business processes.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of AB testing roadmap, ensuring alignment with local needs and pricing priorities.
  • Lead end to end the Pricing strategy and execution for a number of countries.
  • Support in the design of Pricing experiments and interpretation of the results to draw detailed and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals.
  • Drive clarity and solve ambiguous, challenging business problems using data-driven approaches.
  • Lead global projects to develop and explore new initiatives.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
  • Provide guidance and support on your markets situation to the Pricing Strategy & Planning team during planning exercises.
  • Own and/or support other strategic projects impacting Pricing HQ.

Requirements

  • A university degree in engineering, economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics or similar disciplines (preferred).
  • +3 years of prior experience in a data-driven environment delivering actionable insights. Experience with AB Testing is desirable.
  • Sound business acumen. Ability to balance and prioritise multiple requests.
  • Proficiency in SQL and GSheets/Excel. Experience with Python, R or similar tools are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for the latest tools & technologies. Comfortable managing large data sets.
  • A Controlling mindset with an ability to challenge & support our stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis to enable our growth strategy, understanding key trade-offs and actively supporting business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Having the capability to not only communicate clearly but also write structurally and understandably.
