About the role
- Architect Hybrid and Private Cloud solutions across HPE GreenLake portfolio and third-party components
- Develop and articulate proposals ensuring customer's business and technical requirements are met
- Provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers via presentations, demonstrations, and POCs
- Create technical solutions by leveraging standard product/domain artifacts and articulating HPE portfolio value
- Perform due diligence to ensure technical designs meet workload needs, expectations, and budget
- Track competitor offerings and industry trends and explain relevance of new technologies to customers
- Contribute to development of technical products, services, and solutions via deep-dive functional discussions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to transfer knowledge and deliver effective customer solutions
- Proactively help build pipeline by identifying unmet needs and mapping them to HPE’s portfolio
- Support opportunity pipeline and drive deals to closure leveraging partner ecosystem and competitor knowledge
Requirements
- University technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications
- Knowledge-based and experienced-based relevant industry certifications preferred
- Experience with creating solution configurations and overall architecture design
- Experience leading product demos and proofs-of-concept (POC)
- Basic understanding of HPE portfolio: products, software, services, as-a-service (aaS)
- Hands-on technical skills within product domain(s)
- Basic project and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills; ability to collaborate
- Ability to communicate in English and applicable local languages as needed
- Business and financial acumen (sales cycle, pipeline growth, reporting)
- Consultative and value selling skills, presenting, and closing skills
- Strong knowledge of partners, partner ecosystem, and go-to-market strategy
- Native Dutch or French language, with excellent English language skills
- May be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by employment start date where permitted by law
