About the role

  • Global Pre-Sales Director leading a SaaS company's global pre-sales organization. Driving growth by mentoring teams and enhancing collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and scale our global pre-sales organization to accelerate growth and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Define and execute a cohesive global pre-sales strategy that aligns with corporate go-to-market (GTM) goals.
  • Ensure operational excellence and empower teams across regions to deliver exceptional customer value.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global pre-sales organization across North America, LatAM, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, product, and customer success to drive deal velocity and customer adoption.
  • Create and maintain a unified approach that harmonizes diverse regional cultures into one cohesive model.
  • Develop enablement programs that enhance solution storytelling, demonstration quality, and business value articulation.
  • Partner closely with Product and Marketing to ensure pre-sales teams are equipped with the latest messaging, insights, and tools.
  • Monitor and report on pre-sales performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all aspects of pre-sales strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing, building, and scaling a global pre-sales organization in a high-paced SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical acumen combined with exceptional leadership and people development skills.
  • Deep understanding of pre-sales contribution to ARR growth, deal velocity, and customer adoption.
  • Skilled in navigating and aligning sales, product, and customer success functions.
  • Track record of successfully integrating diverse team cultures into a unified strategy.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, with knowledge of pricing models, competitive positioning, and deal economics.
  • Experience supporting co-sell and partner-led sales models.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Empathetic yet decisive leader and change agent with global team management experience.
