About the role

  • Increase opportunity conversion by delivering tailored demos that address customer challenges
  • Support pipeline generation by designing solution proposals aligned with industrial, maritime, and energy market needs
  • Lead proof-of-concepts and pilots, ensuring high success rates through clear technical validation and customer alignment
  • Deliver technical workshops and product training sessions for customers and internal teams
  • Partner with account executives to qualify opportunities and co-develop proposals that balance technical feasibility and business outcomes
  • Gather structured customer feedback from pilots and feed insights into product development
  • Represent Helin at client meetings, industry events, and seminars to communicate our value proposition
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with Helin’s roadmap

Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in industrial, maritime, or energy projects, applying digital solutions to operational challenges
  • 1–3 years experience in presales, technical sales, or solution consulting, supporting enterprise deals
  • Hands-on experience with industrial software, IoT, or connectivity solutions, applied in customer-facing contexts
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to explain complex technology in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams
