About the role

  • Make the first contact with leads generated by marketing campaigns (inbound);
  • Create lists and segmentations for outbound prospecting together with the marketing team and BDRs (when applicable);
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as company profile, pain points, urgency, authority, and fit with Skeps' solutions;
  • Schedule meetings for the consultative sales team (closers);
  • Ensure an efficient handoff with context to the closers;
  • Update and maintain lead data in the CRM;
  • Perform quick and consistent follow-ups;
  • Collect feedback from leads to improve outreach and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Completed high school education
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with messaging channels (WhatsApp, Blip, email, etc.)
  • Lead qualification techniques (e.g., BANT, GPCT, CHAMP)
  • Ability to create and manage outbound prospecting lists
  • Strong written communication and experience using automation tools.
