Responsibilities
Develop & execute growth strategy across the platform, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data-driven analysis, market research, and experimentation.
Design and run experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, lifecycle campaigns) to accelerate adoption and engagement.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Partnerships teams to align growth initiatives with product development and go-to-market efforts.
Analyze and report on key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, activation rates, retention, churn, and funnel conversion.
Build and optimize growth loops to strengthen network effects and platform stickiness.
Drive ecosystem expansion by exploring partnerships, integrations, and new user/merchant segments.
Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices from leading growth-driven organizations.
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in growth, product management, business strategy, or a related field (depending on seniority).
Proven track record of executing growth initiatives and delivering measurable impact.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in SQL, analytics platforms, or growth measurement tools.
Experience working in or with platforms, marketplaces, or ecosystems is a strong plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment with a bias for action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
