About the role

  • Manage the manager's calendar and appointments, ensuring organization and punctuality.
  • Support logistics for meetings, events, and travel (when required).
  • Filter and organize information (emails, strategic contacts, internal requests).
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to digital products.
  • Monitor workflows of the design, video, traffic (ads), and educational teams, ensuring tasks do not stall.
  • Resolve daily and operational requests that overload the manager, freeing them to focus on strategic activities (content production and engagement with experts).
  • Act as the manager's right-hand, anticipating needs and delivering quick solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant or in similar roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Agility and proactivity to solve problems in real time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands without missing deadlines.
  • Availability for exclusive, full-time dedication.
  • Interest or experience in the exam preparation (public and military exams), infoproducts, or education markets (strong advantage).
  • Proficiency with digital tools (productivity, communication, and management platforms).
