About the role

  • Performance Manager driving a high-performance culture within the Fleet Sales Executive team at Vista Global. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and collaborating with Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Vice President to align Sales Executives’ goals
  • Act as the direct line manager for Sales Executives
  • Deliver targeted coaching and mentorship
  • Monitor performance against defined KPIs
  • Lead structured 1:1s, mid-year, and end-of-year performance reviews
  • Lead onboarding for new Sales Executives
  • Propose and implement solutions to optimize workflow
