About the role
- Data, Reporting & Insights Manager leading reporting and analytics for People Technology at Clyde & Co. Overseeing Workday reporting tools to drive business decisions and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing People Data & Reporting team.
- Oversee day-to-day reporting operations, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery.
- Define and execute the strategy for people data, reporting and analytics across Workday and related HR systems.
- Configure and optimise Workday reporting tools (PRISM, People Analytics, Worksheets, Discovery Boards).
- Drive data quality, governance and compliance with GDPR.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable insights.
- Manage Workday change requests, upgrades and enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional projects, including new module implementations and system improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Workday reporting and analytics in a People Data/HR systems role.
- Strong technical skills in Workday (EIBs, PRISM, Advanced Reports, Calc Fields) and data structures.
- Expertise in data analysis, visualisation and storytelling.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects and influence across functions.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data governance best practices.
- Workday certification or equivalent experience preferred.
