Requirements
A post-secondary degree (preferably in HR, business, or a related field).
3 or more years of HR experience — or a mix of HR internships, co-ops, and early career roles that show your passion for the field.
Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn.
Great communication skills and a talent for building trust and connection.
Comfort with technology (HRIS or ATS experience is a plus!).
Working toward your CPHR designation or planning to start soon.
