About the role

  • Identify and onboard new regional partners, especially in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors (e.g., gyms, PTs, studios, health clinics, wellness hubs)
  • Develop relationships with corporate wellbeing leads, HR departments, and workplace wellness partners to introduce company offerings to employees and organisations
  • Represent the brand at local events, networking meetups, and in-person meetings within your region
  • Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
  • Work with high-profile accounts and mirror this success regionally
  • Provide market insights and feedback from your region to help shape business development strategies
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across the UK
  • Plan and support regional events, pop-ups, and activations that increase local awareness and community engagement
  • Autonomously manage your schedule and pipeline from a home base in a UK hub; provide weekly updates, CRM inputs, and performance metrics to the central London HQ
  • Report directly to the Business Development Manager and drive high-impact growth locally

Requirements

  • Based in or near a major UK city or regional hub (e.g., Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol)
  • Proven success in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in the health, fitness, wellness, or corporate wellbeing sectors
  • UK Driving License
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passionate about health, nutrition, and improving lives through wellness
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed remotely
  • Comfortable working independently, but thrives as part of a larger team
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Ability to represent the brand at local events and networking meetups
