About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle labor litigation at all procedural stages and levels of jurisdiction
- Draft procedural pleadings and briefs of medium to high complexity
- Conduct hearings
- Enter and update information in internal and client systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in labor (employment) litigation (pleadings, hearings, and case management systems)
- Knowledge of all procedural stages
- Law degree (completed)
- Active admission to the São Paulo Bar (OAB/SP)
- Organizational skills
- Dependability and consistent attendance
