About the role
- Juriste confirmé(e) en droit des affaires au sein d'Exco, réseau d’audit et de conseil. Intervenant dans les problématiques juridiques en lien avec les entreprises au Pays Basque.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to agency colleagues on clients' legal issues
- Advise and assist on corporate matters and company lifecycle transactions
- Restructurings: mergers, demergers, full or partial asset transfers
- Commercial and professional leases
- Transfer of patient base (sale/transfer of a healthcare practice)
- Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
- Provide technical legal support to audit and accounting teams
- Ensure approval of financial statements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent) with a specialization in Corporate/Business Law
- Significant experience in a law firm or an accounting firm in a similar role
- Knowledge of taxation would be appreciated
- Curious, rigorous, conscientious and enthusiastic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
