About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to agency colleagues on all client legal matters
- Advise and assist on corporate lifecycle matters: major corporate transactions, conversions, change of manager, change of registered office, total asset transfers (TUP), etc.
- Restructurings: mergers, demergers, full or partial contributions of assets, etc.
- Commercial and professional leases
- Transfer of clientele
- Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
- Provide technical support to our audit and accounting teams
- Be able to handle approval of accounts
Requirements
- Hold an advanced law degree (master’s level, Bac+5) with a specialization in corporate law
- Must have significant experience in a law firm or accounting firm in a similar role
- Knowledge of tax law is a plus
