About the role
- Juriste confirmé(e) en droit des affaires au sein d'Exco à Bayonne. Intervenant sur les problèmes juridiques des clients avec une équipe dédiée.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to branch colleagues on all client legal matters
- Advise and assist on corporate lifecycle matters: major equity transactions, corporate conversion, change of manager, transfer of registered office, universal transfer of assets and liabilities (TUP), etc.
- Restructurings: mergers, demergers (spin-offs), full or partial contributions of assets
- Commercial and professional leases
- Sale of client portfolios (e.g., healthcare practices)
- Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
- Technical support to audit and accounting teams
- Handle account approvals (statutory accounts)
- Actively contribute to advisory services for business owners
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law (Bac+5 or equivalent) with a specialization in business/corporate law
- Significant experience in a law firm or accounting firm in a similar role
- Knowledge of taxation is a plus
- Enjoys working in a team
- Curious, rigorous, conscientious and enthusiastic
- Strong service orientation with recognized interpersonal and relationship skills
