Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to agency colleagues on clients' legal issues
- Advise and assist on company lifecycle matters and corporate documentation
- Manage restructurings (mergers, demergers, contributions)
- Handle commercial and professional leases
- Manage transfers of patient bases (practice goodwill)
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments
- Provide technical support to audit and accounting teams
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business/Corporate Law (equivalent to Bac+5)
- Significant experience in a law firm or accounting firm in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of taxation appreciated
- Team player
- Strong client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
