About the role

  • Deliver in-depth support to our German-speaking clients
  • Quickly diagnose and triage issues, resolve incidents, and liaise closely with teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor for product and implementation issues
  • Troubleshoot basic product issues and work with the support team to resolve them
  • Work with other teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer value
  • Facilitate training from time to time in German for customers

Requirements

  • German native speaker - Level C2 is a must!
  • Fluent in English
  • Ideally, 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Technical Consultant in a SAAS company
  • Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Social and team-oriented personality with strong collaboration skills
