Responsibilities
Deliver in-depth support to our German-speaking clients
Quickly diagnose and triage issues, resolve incidents, and liaise closely with teams
Act as a trusted advisor for product and implementation issues
Troubleshoot basic product issues and work with the support team to resolve them
Work with other teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer value
Facilitate training from time to time in German for customers
Requirements
German native speaker - Level C2 is a must!
Fluent in English
Ideally, 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Technical Consultant in a SAAS company
Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Social and team-oriented personality with strong collaboration skills
