Provide display PECVD tools startup support on BKM recipe qualification
support service team to get tool CAR sign off
troubleshoot complex problems

resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues
Requirements
Understand the AMOLED display process will be given priority consideration
basic knowledge of the concept of PECVD
thin film characteristics of PECVD, as well as the simple analysis methods and tools
basic abilities of data collection, data analysis, and report preparation
capable of conducting some process DOEs experiments
good communication and expression skills
teamwork player
basic level of English reading & writing skills, as well as spoken ability preferred
