About the role

  • Process Support Engineer at Applied Materials providing critical product lifecycle support. Guiding installations, diagnoses, and service of complex systems for semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide display PECVD tools startup support on BKM recipe qualification
  • support service team to get tool CAR sign off
  • troubleshoot complex problems
  • perform root cause analyses
  • resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues

Requirements

  • Understand the AMOLED display process will be given priority consideration
  • basic knowledge of the concept of PECVD
  • thin film characteristics of PECVD, as well as the simple analysis methods and tools
  • basic abilities of data collection, data analysis, and report preparation
  • capable of conducting some process DOEs experiments
  • good communication and expression skills
  • teamwork player
  • basic level of English reading & writing skills, as well as spoken ability preferred
  • flexible working locations, accept a certain proportion of business trips
