About the role

  • You will support our team in building the community by actively recruiting new members and event participants, primarily via LinkedIn and email, and by engaging in conversations with interested parties.
  • Send pre-written invitation messages via LinkedIn and email to promote our communities and upcoming events.
  • Manage LinkedIn and email inboxes, including responding to incoming messages based on existing templates, which you will adapt as needed.
  • Identify and proactively reach out to people who interact with our LinkedIn content.
  • Maintain and continuously update our community database (CRM).
  • Communicate with community hosts to assign tasks and follow up on their to-dos.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in administrative roles, e.g., as a Sales Assistant, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Assistant, Support staff, Administrative clerk, Call-center agent, etc.
  • You speak and write German and English at a minimum C1 level and are highly proficient in spelling and grammar.
  • You have a suitable remote workspace that enables undisturbed and efficient work. A fast internet connection and a quiet environment are required.
  • You are proactive, reliable, and demonstrate great attention to detail in your work.
