Lead and develop the recruitment team to attract top talent across all functions
Oversee the performance cycle, career frameworks, and initiatives that foster growth and development
Drive culture initiatives including climate surveys (e.g., eNPS) and design action plans to strengthen employee engagement
Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
Design and coordinate Learning & Development programs to build skills and prepare employees for future challenges
Act as HR Business Partner for Product, Technology, and B2B ensuring people strategies align with business goals
Provide guidance and support for employee mobility processes
Oversee facilities, office operations, and internal events to enhance employee experience
Ensure People processes are coherent, integrated, and holistic across the employee lifecycle; identify opportunities to improve or design new processes
Requirements
Proven experience in Organizational Development, HR Business Partnering, or People Operations
Demonstrated ability in project and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Resilience and adaptability in environments of significant change
Experience leading Talent Acquisition teams (strong plus)
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Previous experience in technology or fintech companies (strong plus)
Senior Manager/Supervisor level experience
