About the role

  • Lead and develop the recruitment team to attract top talent across all functions
  • Oversee the performance cycle, career frameworks, and initiatives that foster growth and development
  • Drive culture initiatives including climate surveys (e.g., eNPS) and design action plans to strengthen employee engagement
  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
  • Design and coordinate Learning & Development programs to build skills and prepare employees for future challenges
  • Act as HR Business Partner for Product, Technology, and B2B ensuring people strategies align with business goals
  • Provide guidance and support for employee mobility processes
  • Oversee facilities, office operations, and internal events to enhance employee experience
  • Ensure People processes are coherent, integrated, and holistic across the employee lifecycle; identify opportunities to improve or design new processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Organizational Development, HR Business Partnering, or People Operations
  • Demonstrated ability in project and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in environments of significant change
  • Experience leading Talent Acquisition teams (strong plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in technology or fintech companies (strong plus)
  • Senior Manager/Supervisor level experience
