About the role

  • Manage a team engaged in servicing a portfolio for income properties, ensuring compliance and superior client service. Oversee operations and drive continuous improvement in loan processing.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing a team of professional staff servicing a portfolio for the Income Property Group
  • Provide superior client service to both internal and external clients
  • Independently manage all aspects of team management and portfolio needs
  • Analyze and facilitate loan processing including loan boarding, maintenance, and data integrity
  • Clearly communicate problems/issues to Manager

Requirements

  • 4-year College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory/leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of bank operations, bank compliance, and experience with servicing commercial real estate
  • Expert knowledge of commercial real estate including commitment/loan structures, title/liens, documentation, and industry practices
  • Familiarity with Commercial Loan Systems such as Debt Domain and LoanIQ
  • PC proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
