About the role

  • Operations Manager overseeing operational, accounting, and logistical activities for Petro payment systems and equipment at National Retail Solutions. Requires strong business acumen and background in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operational, accounting, and logistical activities that support the deployment, maintenance, and accuracy of Petro payment systems and equipment.
  • Managing financial, operational, and logistical processes.
  • Maintaining a 100% live inventory of all Petro equipment across multiple locations.
  • Overseeing ordering, receiving, and distribution of equipment.
  • Managing all Petro-related equipment orders and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen with an ability to understand and manage financial, operational, and logistical processes.
  • Background in business operations, accounting, auditing, or supply chain management required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience managing inventory systems, procurement workflows, or multi-site operations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with business management tools such as Concur, Acorn, Zoho, Pax Store, and other ERP or CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
