About the role

  • Own the complete customer purchase order execution
  • Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end order execution
  • Solve constraints and escalate as necessary
  • Manage ordering of products
  • Support coordination of the procurement execution
  • Support coordination of the distribution execution
  • Support coordination of customer invoices

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in Order Management or Finance related field.
  • SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for effective constraint resolution and escalations.
  • Fluent English communication skills for clear stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in files meeting Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) standards.
  • Ability to recognize and implement process improvements.
  • Understanding of billing models, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable processes.
