Responsibilities
Own the complete customer purchase order execution
Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end order execution
Solve constraints and escalate as necessary
Manage ordering of products
Support coordination of the procurement execution
Support coordination of the distribution execution
Support coordination of customer invoices
Requirements
2 years’ experience in Order Management or Finance related field.
SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills for effective constraint resolution and escalations.
Fluent English communication skills for clear stakeholder interactions.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in files meeting Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) standards.
Ability to recognize and implement process improvements.
Understanding of billing models, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable processes.
