Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of Stars-related projects within Stars Enterprise Activation, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
Serve as a critical liaison between the principal and functional teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.
Identify delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain program dashboards, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Coordinate with enterprise partners including analytics, quality, compliance, legal, IT, and operational teams to embed Stars strategies into workflows.
Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and increase Stars performance outcomes.
Identify Stars data opportunities and work across stakeholders to improve data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
7+ years in program and/or project management within healthcare or insurance operations
