About the role
- Responsible for coordinating and administering a preventative quality control program
- Conduct quality testing for Mortgage and/or Consumer products
- Critique existing processes and make suggestions for best practices
- Identify gaps in workflows and develop solutions
- Analyze the work of team members and provide coaching
- Support remediation efforts related to audits
- Review and analyze borrowers’ financial documents
- Operate as last line of defense for Loss Mitigation decisions
- Maintain knowledge of compliance mandates and servicing policy
Requirements
- Experience in mortgage servicing, consumer products, or consumer experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- At least one year of underwriting experience preferred
- Proficiency in analyzing financial documents
