About the role

  • Onboarding Specialist for Prudential’s Structured Settlements Business, handling onboarding processes and operational activities in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing new sales in our New Business System
  • Processing broker commission payments
  • Monitoring and managing assigned pending cases and upcoming first payments
  • Performing good order review of required forms and documents
  • Recommending service and workflow improvements
  • Maintaining department Service Level Agreements, department production, and quality standards
  • Providing support and assistance to other internal teams as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant business/professional experience
  • Customer-focused attitude including the understanding of the importance of maintaining our customer base
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also requires ability to work independently and provide timely results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to adjust priorities to meet changing business needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote)
