About the role

  • Content Creation Support: Repurposing content (turning long-form pieces or webinars into bite-sized posts).
  • Creating visual assets (basic Canva skills).
  • Sourcing or organizing photo/video content.
  • Content Scheduling & Community Management: Engaging with comments and messages to maintain community presence.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assisting with timelines, checklists, and follow-ups for ongoing campaigns.
  • Collecting creative assets, testimonials, or UGC from team members.
  • Webinar/Event Support: Preparing visuals, slide decks, or assets needed for the event.
  • Research & Insights: Researching trends, hashtags, and content ideas.
  • Administrative & Organizational Tasks: Keeping shared drives/folders organized with content assets.
  • Updating calendars, campaign trackers, and asset databases.
  • Supporting cross-functional coordination (e.g., with design or sales).

Requirements

  • Open to students or fresh graduates taking up Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or any related course
  • Creative, curious, and eager to learn
