About the role

  • Office Manager responsible for backoffice tasks and assisting the marketing team in events. Involves onboarding support and detailed documentation management in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for overseeing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordination of contract management and ensuring important documents are reviewed in a timely manner
  • Support for the Marketing team in the preparation and follow-up of trade shows and events
  • Research and compilation of information, and creation of presentations
  • Assistance with onboarding new team members and planning team events
  • Use of the plotter for printing and labeling tasks

Requirements

  • Vocational training in office management or initial professional experience in this area
  • Flexibility and mobility to regularly take on mail and office tasks
  • Structured and reliable working style with an eye for detail
  • Digital way of working and ability to organize yourself well on-site
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German; ideally good English skills
