About the role

  • Organise and manage photographs for operative groups; prepare and send picture reports to clients, including drafting email communications.
  • Monitor and manage the main reports inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of key allocation and handling.
  • Provide daily attendance records to the office team and ensure timely reporting.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally, directing queries appropriately.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Support the operations team with tasks to maintain efficiency and organisation.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
