About the role

  • Planning and execution of media budgets on native platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain/Teads, etc.)
  • Aim to maximize performance and ROI
  • Analyze campaign data and optimize based on KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Conduct A/B tests and develop data-driven strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to create compelling ad creatives

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience (preferably at least 1 year) with native advertising platforms (including Taboola, Outbrain, RevContent, Yahoo Gemini)
  • Strong expertise and solid knowledge of performance marketing and data analysis
  • Confident and experienced use of tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Voluum, RedTrack)
  • Bid strategies and efficient budget management are no problem for you
  • Creative, resourceful, and highly interested in storytelling and ad copywriting
  • Solid knowledge of A/B testing and optimization of ads and landing pages
  • Deep understanding of KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates)
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and ability to work independently
