Manage HBSG divisions and supervise multiple centers for high-quality customer service and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with various teams to execute strategic growth initiatives and maintain compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple centers and supervise associates and their workflow
Ensure high morale and excellent customer service
Maximize cost efficiencies
Lead, direct and manage day to day operations of HBSG divisions
Work closely with Eagle Division Managers, Mortgage Credit Specialist Managers, Mortgage Credit Specialists, Loan Officers, Lennar Management and NHC’s
Develop, communicate and execute national growth strategy
Interview, hire, develop and motivate HBSG associates
Develop relationships with Lennar/Eagle division leaders
Collaborate with Secondary to monitor risks of customer base
Provide coaching and promote a professional team effort
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, investor requirements and corporate best practice standards
Requirements
Four year college degree (preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years division manager (preferred)
Minimum 5-7 years supervisory and management experience in the mortgage and lending industry
Current knowledge and experience with Automated Underwriting Systems (LP, DU, GUS)
Minimum 4 - 5 years of application and processing experience or equivalent mortgage background (preferred)
Ability to read, analyze, and communicate results of technical data, credit reports
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to convey complex issues in a positive and simple manner to customers
Experience utilizing Excel, Word, and CRM system
Advanced Internet and Email skills
