About the role

  • Create and manage campaigns across various digital marketing channels (TikTok, Snapchat, Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads).
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Execute day-to-day campaign management, maintaining optimal performance.
  • Analyse data to provide regular reporting and insight on channel performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Support and contribute to creative testing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven acquisition campaign management experience in Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role, either agency or in-house.
  • Experience running A/B tests and Conversion Lift Studies on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Familiarity with key performance metrics such as LTV and ROAS.
  • Desirable experience working with 3rd party tracking tools, e.g. MMPs, Kochava, Tune, Branch, Appsflyer, Adjust etc.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and interpret trends.
  • Proven ability to optimize creative assets in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Competence in delivering clear insights and performance reports.
  • Awareness of brand guidelines and ability to align creative assets.
  • Basic understanding of mobile measurement technologies, including SKAdNetwork and the Android Privacy Sandbox.
  • Results-oriented and strong sense of ownership of projects.
