About the role

Responsibilities
- Create and manage campaigns across various digital marketing channels (TikTok, Snapchat, Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads).
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Execute day-to-day campaign management, maintaining optimal performance.
- Analyse data to provide regular reporting and insight on channel performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Support and contribute to creative testing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven acquisition campaign management experience in Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role, either agency or in-house.
- Experience running A/B tests and Conversion Lift Studies on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Familiarity with key performance metrics such as LTV and ROAS.
- Desirable experience working with 3rd party tracking tools, e.g. MMPs, Kochava, Tune, Branch, Appsflyer, Adjust etc.
- Ability to work with large data sets and interpret trends.
- Proven ability to optimize creative assets in collaboration with creative teams.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Competence in delivering clear insights and performance reports.
- Awareness of brand guidelines and ability to align creative assets.
- Basic understanding of mobile measurement technologies, including SKAdNetwork and the Android Privacy Sandbox.
- Results-oriented and strong sense of ownership of projects.
