About the role
- Mid-level Tax Analyst – Temporary (Staff Loan), based in São Paulo (SP). Responsible for withheld tax calculation, invoice validation, generation of payment forms and compliance with ancillary obligations.
Responsibilities
- Calculation and payment of withheld taxes
- Validation of Service Invoices (NFSe), Electronic Invoices (NFe) and Electronic Transport Documents (CTe)
- Analysis and verification of calculation bases and rates for Withheld Income Tax (IRRF), Withheld Social Contributions (PIS/COFINS/CSLL), and Withheld Service Tax (ISS Retained)
- Generation and validation of payment slips and forms (DARF, GPS, GARE, DAM)
- Analysis of incoming invoices to ensure the correct application of withholdings
- Ancillary obligations: knowledge of EFD-Reinf
- Calculation and generation of ISS Tomados filings with municipal authorities
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and propose adjustments to internal processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in tax and fiscal areas
- Experience with withheld taxes, including calculation and payment of federal taxes
- Compliance with ancillary obligations (ISS Tomados and EFD-Reinf)
