About the role
- Senior Analyst for permits at ZAMP's restaurant operations in Brazil. Leading legal viability studies and managing construction permit processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and legal feasibility studies (EVTL) for the construction of new restaurants, support decision-making and guide the expansion team in selecting optimal sites;
- Monitor permitting processes for restaurant construction, including building permits, environmental permits, tree removal permits, demolition permits, regularization, lot subdivision and lot consolidation;
- Oversee operational permitting for store openings, including operating permits, sanitary surveillance approvals, advertising permits, AVCB (fire department approval) and PPCI (fire prevention and combat plan);
- Process payment of fees and issue purchase orders to suppliers;
- Manage the supplier/vendor team for the area;
- Be available to travel and attend in-person meetings at municipal offices throughout the country;
- Lead approval processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or a related field;
- Knowledge of legal approvals, Power BI, AutoCAD or Revit is considered a plus;
- Experience in process and supplier management, construction permitting and project management.
