About the role
- Serve as a liaison between campuses and corporate academic departments;
- Manage academic processes, institutional agreements, and performance indicators;
- Monitor student engagement and propose improvements;
- Keep academic information up to date and support regional analyses;
- Visit campuses to ensure institutional standards and provide support to local teams;
- Manage faculty recruitment and hiring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pedagogy, Educational Management, or related fields;
- Experience in managing or overseeing educational campuses/centers, academic processes, and faculty hiring;
- Experience with institutional relations and coordination between academic and administrative areas;
- Knowledge of performance indicators, internship agreements, and in-person exam procedures;
- Field experience (visiting campuses or educational units).
