Manage academic processes, institutional agreements, and performance indicators;
Monitor student engagement and propose improvements;
Keep academic information up to date and support regional analyses;
Visit campuses to ensure institutional standards and provide support to local teams;
Manage faculty recruitment and hiring.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pedagogy, Educational Management, or related fields;
Experience in managing or overseeing educational campuses/centers, academic processes, and faculty hiring;
Experience with institutional relations and coordination between academic and administrative areas;
Knowledge of performance indicators, internship agreements, and in-person exam procedures;
Field experience (visiting campuses or educational units).
