About the role

  • Lead the performance evaluation process, ensuring timeline adherence, quality, and methodological consistency.
  • Support leaders and teams in interpreting results, calibration, and development planning.
  • Monitor cycle KPIs, produce analyses, and propose continuous improvements.
  • Act as a guardian of cultural pillars, ensuring alignment, communication, and adherence across areas.
  • Develop initiatives that reinforce the EVP, contributing to the employee journey and perceived value.
  • Design and run actions that strengthen climate, belonging, and purpose.
  • Build, administer, and analyze engagement, climate, and pulse surveys (Pulse Survey).
  • Prepare action plans with business areas, ensuring continuous improvement of indicators.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and engagement dynamics.
  • Lead strategic projects related to organizational development and employee experience.
  • Ensure governance of DHO processes, proposing improvements and guaranteeing consistency across all units.
  • Support internal communications on people-related topics, enhancing clarity and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Solid experience in People & Organizational Development (DHO), people cycle management, or related areas.
  • Experience with data storytelling for people insights.
  • Proven experience with performance evaluations, engagement surveys, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation skills for meetings and workshops and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Preferred:
  • Previous experience in retail or high-volume operations.
  • Knowledge of methodologies for culture, climate, and organizational development.
  • Experience with EVP and communicating People projects.
