About the role

  • Create and maintain Funcional’s editorial calendar (content plans, seasonal dates, launches, and market topics);
  • Produce strategic written content (articles, blog posts, e-books, newsletters, and scripts for videos and podcasts);
  • Support the sales team with consultative sales materials: presentations, cards, emails, pitches, posts, and scripts;
  • Support product and solution launches in coordination with Product and Sales teams;
  • Partner with business units and external communications to gather stories, data, and results;
  • Support the press office with briefings and press release reviews;
  • Manage and maintain the commercial WhatsApp group with weekly useful and thought-provoking content for sellers;
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure tone and messaging are consistent with the brand positioning;
  • Collaborate on the development of integrated internal and external campaigns;
  • Plan and execute corporate, marketing, and external communication initiatives (online and offline);
  • Support the execution of corporate and relationship-building events, from planning through delivery;
  • Contribute to strengthening Funcional’s institutional branding by reinforcing key messages and purpose;
  • Conduct social listening and analyze brand mentions across digital channels;
  • Research awards and external events that are relevant for brand reputation and for positioning spokespeople as industry references.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Social Communication (Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising), Marketing, or related fields;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, command of formal language, and proficiency in storytelling and copywriting techniques;
  • Previous experience in B2B content production, product marketing, or corporate communications;
  • Knowledge of the sales funnel and customer journey;
  • Ability to translate technical topics and complex data into clear, engaging messages;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Planner, SharePoint, PowerPoint);
  • Skills with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment, stay organized, and meet deadlines;
  • Analytical and creative profile, focused on results and collaboration.
