About the role

  • Control and monitor the group's import and export operations for Santillana;
  • Act as an interface with internal stakeholders, customs brokers, freight forwarders and carriers;
  • Analyze DI (Import Declarations) and COMEX process documentation such as BL, Packing List and Commercial Invoice;
  • Prepare provisions and manage international payment flows, including cash payments and issuance of import and export invoices;
  • Support the administration of contracts already executed by the Procurement area;
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, regulations and internal policies, maintaining control and organization of processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations or related fields;
  • Advanced English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking);
  • Experience working with customs brokers (customs brokerage experience);
  • Dynamic, proactive and organized profile with strong ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
