About the role

  • Data governance analyst managing data for positions and organizational structure at MAG. Collaborating with HR teams to ensure compliance and data quality with a focus on recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Act in data governance for positions and the organizational structure, supporting job requisition creation and approval, controlling salary movements, and ensuring consistency of information across systems.
  • Control and update position and organizational structure information in the system, ensuring structural consistency, correct hierarchical linkage, and adherence to budget/headcount limits.
  • Support managers in opening vacancies by advising and validating data for requisition creation.
  • Release vacancies in the system after validations, enabling the start of selection processes by Recruitment & Selection.
  • Manage and keep the Organizational Unit updated, including cost center linkages and change history.
  • Control and monitor salary adjustments and promotions, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal policies.
  • Prepare, validate, and send merit and promotion letters (Corporate and Commercial areas).
  • Manage third-party information and registrations (contracts, validity periods, and system accesses), ensuring governance and information security.
  • Update and monitor Collective Bargaining Agreements, ensuring correct application and legal compliance.
  • Continuously monitor the integrity of the databases under your responsibility.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Logical reasoning, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail.
  • Organized and disciplined in controlling information and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
  • Knowledge of the LG system and HR routines (desirable).
