About the role

  • Analyze the market and competitors (benchmarking and mystery shopping) to identify trends, strategic moves and commercial opportunities for MindMiners
  • Map pain points and challenges of CMI decision-makers, translating their needs into relevant commercial narratives
  • Plan and execute campaigns and sales support content for outbound efforts, crafting messages and materials aligned with the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
  • Develop Sales Enablement materials (pitches, presentations, one-pagers, case studies) to increase the commercial team’s effectiveness at each stage of the funnel
  • Plan, manage and activate enterprise events (mainly proprietary events) as an acquisition channel, with clear ROI and opportunity-generation targets
  • Create and manage multi-channel nurturing and cadence efforts (email, LinkedIn, etc.) for leads and strategic accounts to increase engagement and conversion
  • Monitor conversion, engagement and ROI metrics for initiatives, providing insights for continuous optimization and improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing (preferably with enterprise accounts)
  • Familiarity with outbound marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to the target audience and funnel stage
  • Analytical, results-oriented profile with autonomy to lead projects
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with Sales/Revenue teams
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience in competitive research, market analysis, product opportunity identification and sales intelligence
  • Hands-on experience in Sales Enablement, ABM and measuring ROI for events.
