  • Ensure excellence in customer service, acting as a link between internal departments and external partners;
  • Map the customer journey and understand the processes involved in delivering the experience;
  • Propose metrics to monitor customer experience;
  • Analyze customer data to understand their needs and challenges;
  • Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to track the progress of actions and projects;
  • Monitor Cross-docking billing activities;
  • Ensure that payment requests for commercial expenses are processed and paid within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Data analysis;
  • Experience in Customer Service/Customer Experience;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Experience with SAP;
