About the role
- Perform analyses of sales, operations, and campaign KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Monitor incentive campaigns, track results, and adjust strategies in collaboration with the sales team
- Develop strategic, integrated dashboards that turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Automate and optimize analysis and reporting processes, creating scalable solutions to improve efficiency
- Support the restructuring of operational processes and the maintenance of the internal information portal
- Collaborate with various business areas, translating operational challenges into data-driven solutions
- Act as a continuous improvement agent, proposing initiatives that enhance performance and the customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data/BI Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence, preferably in distribution or retail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and report automation
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Advanced English for interpreting and communicating technical data
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and clear communication of results
- Collaborative and curious mindset with a drive for improvement and a results-oriented focus
