Responsibilities
Develop commercial projects (scalable and customized) of medium to high complexity;
Support Senior Analysts (Analyst III) and Specialists in developing commercial plans;
Ensure all information required for project preparation is documented through minutes and internal controls (e.g., briefing meeting minutes, rights and related controls, etc.);
Address potential challenges assertively while respecting the well-being of all parties involved;
Contribute to a light, inclusive, and positive work environment;
Create market-attractive commercial products through compelling storytelling and appealing visual materials;
Communicate product information to the commercial team through ongoing updates on launches and news;
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
Good knowledge of Salesforce;
Solid understanding of metrics used to value commercial plans/projects, such as inventory forecasting and audience metrics — linear & digital, among others;
Proactive and solution-oriented, able to propose ideas and new formats for content, commercial breaks or sponsorships, and delivery methods to improve efficiency and scalability;
Proactive, detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, and ability to manage in a dynamic environment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address potential challenges assertively;
Critical thinking, active listening, effective communication, proactivity, resilience, and team orientation;
