About the role
- Contábil Analyst managing financial records and ensuring compliance for Globo. Focus on automation and strategic financial reporting in a diverse environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations, ensuring the integrity and consistency of balances;
- Ensure accounting records accurately reflect the prescribed accounting treatment for each transaction;
- Identify non-conformities in client-area processes or systems, proposing corrections and improvements;
- Perform accounting analyses of various accounts;
- Propose process improvements and implement adjustments within the remit of the accounting operations area;
- Support and assist during internal and external inspections and audits;
- Support and justify accounting treatments to auditors and clients with clear technical rationale;
- Participate in the modeling and design of processes for new operations/businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC);
- Proven experience in accounting, working with financial routines and processes;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on advanced Excel for analysis and controls;
- Proficient with integrated management systems (ERP), particularly Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), for integrated information management;
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (CPCs) and international standards (IFRS), applied to accounting routines and the preparation of financial statements;
- Knowledge of Power BI, focused on creating dashboards and strategic data visualizations;
- Familiarity with technology tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and artificial intelligence applied to accounting, aimed at process automation and optimization;
- Experience in large corporate environments, working with structured and multidisciplinary processes;
- Profile with focus on accuracy, strategic vision and cross-functional collaboration, able to ensure the integrity of accounting information, connect data to decision-making, and communicate clearly and accessibly with diverse audiences.
