About the role

  • Support the Director of Sales Enablement in the management of enterprise selling systems
  • Create high impact presentations and RFP responses and manage sales outreach and communications that resonate with prospects and clients
  • Support conference and event planning, execution and analysis as needed
  • Collaborate with business SMEs to develop content ideas and capture information and unique industry perspectives
  • Explore and support the implementation of AI-driven tools to accelerate content development and optimization
  • Support enterprise go-to-market strategies with marketing programs targeted to key audiences and aligned to revenue goals
  • Assist in lead generation programs, tying client and prospect engagement to sales efforts
  • Develop collateral, as needed, for enterprise strategies in partnership with key stakeholders on Sales and Relationship Management teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a marketing-focused role required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PPT
  • Working knowledge of and experience with lead generation and CRM software such as Hubspot, Salesforce or other adjacent tools.
  • Excellent writing and editing and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and collaborate across all levels of the organization, both in person and with remote team members.
  • Solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead by influence.
